    At Kilbix, we care about the details, but some variations are natural in custom-made products:

    • Embroidery: Our embroidery preview is for reference only and may not perfectly match the final product. Due to the seams in the center of the hats, you might notice slight variations in the stitching. Human involvement in the embroidery process can lead to minor variations in the exact embroidery placement on garments and products.

    • Color Matching: Our direct-to-garment printing is incredible, but keep in mind that colors may look a bit different on the actual product compared to what you see on your screen. Different fabric materials and garment colors (like light vs. dark fabrics) affect how the colors turn out. We always print a white base layer on colored garments to make sure your design pops, but this may create slight variations in how colors look.
